The Role:
We seek outstanding managers who excel at overseeing day-to-day operations, from safety protocols and staffing to maintaining impeccable processes. About You:
2+ years of management experience
A dynamic, go-getter attitude
Proven team leadership and results-driven mindset
Background in hospitality/retail/leisure management (a plus)
What you will be doing:
Directly managing the day-to-day operation of the site
Ensuring that safety remains at the forefront of all team members working at the site
Ensuring that all Standard Operating Procedures are continuously and rigorously followed and understood by all team members through regular training sessions and comprehensive inductions
Administration, including rotas, compliance with Health and Safety, stock control, recruitment, and training
Working with the General Manager to achieve and exceed levels of profitability
